How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by either:
- Clicking the "Cancel Order" button in your order confirmation message, or
- Sending us a message on WhatsApp.
⛔ Once an order is processed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed, and refunds may not be applicable.
How do I return a product?
Customers can return their orders within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return:
- Visit the Returns/Refund section on our website.
- Send us a message on WhatsApp with your order details.
Pack the item in its original packaging with tags, and hand it over to our courier partner during the pickup.
Once we receive the product at our warehouse and it passes the quality check (QC), we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Failing to report within 24 hours may result in rejection of the return request.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive an incorrect item, please:
- Visit the Returns/Refund section on the website, or
- Click the return request link in your order message.
We’ll ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
Within how many days can I return an order?
You can raise a return request within 7 days from the delivery date.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer exchanges.
However, you can return the product and place a new order separately.
When will I get my refund?
- It takes 7–10 days for the product to reach our warehouse after pickup.
- After QC approval, your refund will be processed within 72 hours.
How do I get a refund for discounted items?
If you return an order placed with a discount:
- The discount will be waived off, and items will be refunded at MRP.
- The balance will be refunded to your bank account.
How do I get a refund for prepaid orders?
Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase.
It typically takes 2–3 working days to reflect in your account.
If the amount is not credited, please check with your bank or contact us at cavellinparis@gmail.com.
How do I get a refund for COD orders?
Once the product is received and passes QC, your refund will be credited to your bank account.

How do I determine the correct size for me?
Each product page includes a Size Chart with detailed measurements and fit information. Simply click on the "Size Chart" option while placing your order to find the size that fits you best.
Payment
My payment was deducted, but the order wasn’t placed. What should I do?
In most cases, the amount is automatically credited back to your account within 2–3 business days.
